Cancel before shipment for a full refund. After shipment, standard return rules apply.

Defective or wrong item

Contact us first—we’ll make it right, including return shipping when we confirm the issue.

1. Eligible returns

You may return physical OmpuTag products (stickers, packs, keychains) within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging when reasonable. Opened packs may be accepted if items are still unused and resalable—contact us first with your order number.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Items that are damaged after delivery through no fault of OmpuTag
  • Items returned without prior approval when we ask for photos or details
  • Digital-only or service-only purchases, if any are offered separately in the future

3. Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before your order ships. After shipment, the standard return window and conditions above apply from the date of delivery.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email info@omputag.com or use our support form with your order ID (from your confirmation email).
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA or return address.
  3. Pack items securely. We recommend tracked shipping; we're not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a defect, or a wrong item we confirm, return shipping is paid by you. If we approve a defect/wrong-item return, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage as we agree in writing.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer; typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund. Original shipping charges are only refunded when required by law or when the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

7. Exchanges

We don't guarantee exchanges. The fastest path is usually to return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you prefer an exchange, ask in your message—we'll help when inventory allows.
