• Lost-and-found messages sent through OmpuTag

• To enable privacy-preserving, two-way SMS between finders and owners
• To operate, secure, and improve OmpuTag
• To prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse

Sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• We share data only with service providers (e.g., Twilio) to deliver messaging, or if required by law.

Retention

We retain messages and related metadata for as long as necessary to operate the service or as required by law. You may request deletion where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

SMS and Consent

• Tag owners consent to receive SMS about their registered tags.
• Finders may send one-time or ongoing messages to owners via OmpuTag.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to submit a request.
