We do not require users to create accounts to interact with found items.

  • Operate, maintain, and improve OmpuTag
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or misuse

4. SMS Communications and Consent

  • By registering a tag, tag owners consent to receive SMS messages related to that tag.
  • Finders consent to receive SMS responses by initiating communication.
  • Message frequency varies
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages
  • Reply HELP for assistance

Opting out of SMS may limit or disable core service functionality.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only:

  • With service providers (such as SMS or email providers) solely to operate the service
  • When required by law, legal process, or governmental request
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of OmpuTag or others

All service providers are bound to use data only for authorized purposes.
